Looking for fast answers.
Thank you.

Wow this is the first forum I've seen that nobody has an opinion.

Thank you 4 days and your the only person to respond. I decided to wait on the 5000+. $72.00 was on ebay, the auctioner did not like haveing to email the model #. Newegg has the 5000 black for $76.99, why take the chance.
I'm wondering now if it is worth it to go from the 4200+ to the 5000 black, or save a little longer and jump to the 6400 black.
What do you think?

for the price (i think the 6400+ be is close to twice the price?)the 5000+ is a better value
and if you OC, the 5000+ will get to 3.0-3.2 with little problem.
how much $ you looking to spend.
if you can, get the 5000+,save a little money up and get a 8800gt vid card (it will blow away your 8600gt)
now this all depends on if you game or not.
either cpu is great, you cant go wrong with either one
wish you luck -dimwit-

I just picked up a second XFX 8600GT 512Mb for $40.00. I now have a whole $60.00 invested in two cards. The first card cost $20.00 after a $100.00 coupon from DELL.
I'm looking for a SLI MB and an over clockable CPU. I am considering these.

The Deluxe looks good because it will take a Phenom later. The Foxxcon I can use my DELL acct. and wont have to use IDE/SATA addapters.
I do game a little, BF2, BF2142, COD4, CRYSIS
A custom PC is never finished.

your links go to many motherboards, which ones are you looking at?
the Asus M2N HT Deluxe is a good board, if that is the one you where looking at.
i might pick one up (to run my 8800GTs in sli)
but i might hold on and just build a new sysetem when the 45nm phenoms come out next year and pick up a couple 4870x2 for crossfire

I dont know what happened to the links.
The MB I have been looking at are:
ASUS M2N SLI
ASUS M2N SLI Deluxe
Foxconn N570SM2AA-8EKRS2H
I ordered the Foxconn from DELL last night.
I've never used Foxconn before though. And would apprectiate hearing from anyone about thier experiances with Foxconn and or this MB.

I would honestly go for the 6000+ or the 6400+ (if you overclock). I have a 6000+ and love it.

Don't know if it is too late to reply, but, i would get the 6000+ aswell. you get double the L2 cache of the 5000+ which would make a difference.
