Thanks Guys
Making a Monstermod ,Cost about $150.00 US dollars .Time to make ,About a 3 weeks .
Before I start sculpting ,I make my monster teeth , Well its a little easy for me because I work in a Dental lab . I've been a dental lab tech. 17 years .I enjoy making monster teeth .Teeth to me make the monster.Using dental plastic I form the teeth and fangs.
For the eyes ,Well I orderd them , From a online Taxidermy supply house .
I picked African Lion Eyes albino
Sculpting a type of face, then place glass eyes and teeth in the clay.Building up the face with ropes and balls of clay ,Making a clay jaw bone and ear and start doing detail sculpting , using tools and brushs. I also made fingers ,I only sculpted one finger and casted it 8 times in the mold.
Molding the monster ,I used Silicone rubber, its comes in Liquid 2 parts ,Mix it up and pour it on to the monster.Wait for it to dry .Demolding the monster is quick ,easy ,and comes out clean.
Casting the monster ,Mix up some Liquid plastic and pour into mold ,when dry ,remove it from the mold .Painting the monster using a air brush.
Cutting the door window ,I used a jig saw with a small tooth blade ,first I drill holes on each corner to start the blade .BE CAREFUL and IT IS LOUD. After cutting the window out , I drilled 4 screw holes in each corner.Having 2 pieces of plexeglass , sandwich the computer case door Screw The monster and each finger in place. Put the door back on to the computer ,Done !!!! A Monstermod
Monstermod is about 3 years old , I get emails from all over the world. They Love it! And some people wonder How I sleep at night!
Thank You

Wow, that is cool. I think it would look even better if you painted the rest of the case black so the transition from the case to the mod does not stand out. With the torn metal grey, it would really look like the monster is busting out of the insides.

Do you have any lights behind the eyes or anything to make them glow? That woudl be cool as well.

Anyway, pretty cool mod!

QUOTE how hot, does your pc run with that mod
There is no heat different. It part of the case.
The face is just mounted on the case window.
Runs like a top.
Thanks
