Well, got it done, for now at least Here's some pics, enjoy.
Don't have any pics with all the LED fans lit up, but I'll post them when I have them.

Palomino 2100+, GA-7S748-L motherboard, 1 x 256MB PC2700, 1 x 128MB PC2100, Radeon 9000 64MB. It will be getting an additional 256MB PC3200, after I make another order (using the PC3200 in another project ATM). Basically it is my old parts, put back to use for my mother and sister, and for Folding.

EDIT: Yeah, I blew out the dust after I took the picks. And yes, that is a USB port. The case didn't have any and cutting anywhere else in the front panel would have been impractical, as Skyhawk made this thing thick. So I just cut a small hole in the top 5.25" bay cover and ran a USB extension behind the mobo tray. This way my mom won't have to reach behind the desk to plug in her camera.

The majority of that wasn't dust BTW. I'd painted the inside with a clearcoat to minimize shorting, those are fingerprints and smudges.

Heh, yeah. Skyhawk only put in mounting holes for a 60mm rear fan, so I just used the original one from the HSF.
BTW, the specs are currently:
Athlon XP 2100+ (Palomino) Gigabyte GA-7S748L Built-by-ATI Radeon 9000 1*256MB PC3200 1*256MB PC2700 80GB Western Digital Caviar SE Coolmax 400-watt (not a bad unit, either)
Over the next few weeks, I'll be revamping it again, pulling parts fromt he XP-M and merging them. The tentative new specs are looking like they will be:
Athlon XP-M 2400+ (@ 9*200 @ stock 1.45v vcore) Shuttle AN35N Ultra Built-by-ATI Radeon 9200 1*512MB PC3200 1*256MB PC3200 80GB Western Digital Caviar SE E-Power Puma II
I'll have to make a bit of modification to the case to put in a new window so it will match up with the new board, but that's no biggie. I'll also be cutting out a bit of the back panel to allow an 80mm fan. Been meaning to repaint it again also.

Probably giving it to a friend of mine here. He'll need to come up with a motherboard for it, as the Gigabyte recently lost its first memory slot (which is what sparked this merging idea).
