Tom worked on his full metal tribute project today. The two of us spent a great deal of time hunting the right screw for things. (argh) Theres a massive amount of junk in my cabinet drawers (haha)
Lots of wires still need to be stealthed out of sight for 3.5 bay fan control and Sunbeam light controller. These need to be addressed before the MB/ZALMAN-HSF/VGA/SOUND are installed.

Hopefully Tom will have everything finished up tommorow (New Years Day). I should have Part 2 of the video up this week.

Heres some shots from today

Industrial-look accents (painted later) from the Ikea Hardware Dept

I love how everything matches the color of the case.
This is why I always encourage people to "Paint Your Drives!"

Thank you Ian. Tom finished it last night. Most of the day was spent sleeving and hiding cables. What took a majority of time was all of the wires for two bay controllers, one for the lights and 3.5 bay fan controller and 2, 4" cold cathodes. It's all about making a clean presentation inside/out and I think he did a fantastic job.

This is pretty sweet. What videocard is that, though? Haha, should have gone for one with a red or black PCB. That's a crazy nice wiring job, though.
