well iam going to start hosting a server, what can a wireless vaio with a p3 850mhz host

cmanns , buy an ethernet cable, and is yours cable or phone high speed? I can help you set up game servers since thats what i do /tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /> But you can't host over 8 people on wireless , the packet loss is way too high.
