i cant play the Enter the Matrix bekoz there is ''no full screen mode'' for the game settings. through the splash screen where you can select the reolution , nothing is showed there. what could be the pb?

my vga is AIRFORCE Geforce 4 mx 440 with 64mb

I thought it might be a problem with your video card not being supported, even though a GF4 MX440 is basically a GF2, it should work...

a couple other things...are your drivers up to date? including video, chipset and AGP (SiS AGP drivers are separate from their chipset drivers)
