at least for me.

The menus are really hard to navigate because the mouse jumps all over the place and the keyboard is slow to react. If I try to put the settings high it gets superlow framerates... is the game that demanding!? Also even in the opening intro scene the sound cuts in and out, is this because I have onboard sound?

What I did get to play was megafun and now I really want to PLAY the demo but as-is it sucks! Any suggestions?

yeah, all the sound is playing so fast taht the music clips end within like 30 seconds and the speech is way to fast to understand

I had these problems too. There is a patch that makes it better. Helps with multiplayer joining, and the mouse deal. I hate that part. Makes me wanna go "BOOM HEADSHOT!". /laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /> sorry. But seriously, the patch does help. Head on over to www.croteam.com, and look for the Serious Sam 2 patch.

i have 2.064 but pretty much everything is still happening... did you get the sound issues only or what? what about graphics, should i not be able to have everything maxed out?

Well, the only problem I had is the mouse problem. I run my setup now on 1280x960 4xAA, 16xAF. No problems whatsoever. I honestly havent tried to run it any higher. When I get out of class here, I will try it out.

BUT, I only ran it 1024x768(res Im happy at) 4xAA 8xAF with no lag.

to seppy, mine was like 3x your resolution, so i guess it might make sense why mine would lag... 3x resolution, 1/3 performance???

havent tried this game since reformat but i kind of dont want to install it... id hate to see it do the same thing.
