Has anyone tried it out with a system like mine? i can only play it with a really low resolution, and still fails.
I have a good procesor, low temps, good graphic card, what's wrong???

I don't see a thing wrong with your setup, though since it's an XT, your video card has 256bit memory not 128.
that said, it could a few things..did you completely uninstall the old video drivers, this is especially important of your previous card was an nvidia product.
can your system play other games ok?
Have you tried reinstalling Driv3r? from my understanding, and having watched my son play it on PS2, it's not all that well done...perhaps your install was corrupted..
Have you looked on any gaming forums for similar issues? maybe there's an easy fix out there...
