i play allied assault all the time. i never have problems with it. today i play it and after the small screen with all the writing on it - it quits back out to the dekstop and i have no idea why!?

nothing has changed. i have tried reinstalling and it worked ok once and then when i ran it again it did not work.

well, try removing and reinstalling your graphic drivers first (the latest version) and if you are still experiencing problems, check to make sure you don't have a heat problem . Shut comp down and clean the HSF on your CPU and card.

If there are still issues, next step is chipset drivers then we start looking at possible hardware problems. Memory, graphics card, etc.
