whenever i run a game pretty much any game i guess the task manager shows my CPU running at 100% and it gets real loud.i dont think this is a good thing considering some of the games that do this are some really simple games like a flash game up to Battlefield 2.this really takes away from the fun of gaming wondering if i should even be playing a game on my PC and burning up the CPU.just wondering what i can do to solve this annoying problem or if this is normal for an AMD CPU to be running like this.specs of my system are.
AMD Athlon 64 3400 runs at 2.4GHz
1 gig of ram
ATI Radeon Express 200 (not sure if maybe upgrading graphics card would work)

You did not mention the system specs that you are using. Which processor and GFX card are you using in particular?

the system specs are:
-AMD 3400 2.4 GHz
-1 gig of RAM
-ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series
