Yeah, the Saitek Gamer's glows, but only the back of the keys. The Eclipse illuminates the rear and the character on each key. Had the Gamer for a few months until I couldn't stand gaming at night...couldn't see the letters, heh. Eclipse changed all that.

I use the typical WASD layout...
I usualy map the surrounding keys to other stuff from default or I simply adapt to the game if I really don't feel like going through the keyboard map screen or typing bind commands via console.

I learned WASD back in the days of doom 2 and quake 1, before it actualy became popular, before it was default. Stuck with me ever since.

And I learned the arrow keys back in the days of Doom 1 and Wolfenstein 3D. Stuck with me ever since.

I agree with the normal people who use WSAD, its soo the way to go, tryed and tested altho orignal doomused arrows games thes days are so much easier with WSAD and the mouse giving u control to do whatever you want jump crouch change gun ect..
