HAHA, hey, now theres a guy that knows his future! haha
Yeah, ExtremeOC is cool. I understand how Ardrid is doing it now...I myself am just telling people "hey its for a good cause" I explain it a little, and BAM, another PC. So, better watch out, I predict in about 2019, I will pass Ardrid...haha
Phoenix, are you a single processor folder? And if so, are you the highest ranked single processor in the team?

-------------------------
- AMD FX 8120
- ATI/AMD HD 7970
- Biostar TA990FXE
- 16 GB's of some flashy Crucial RAM
- Buncha HDDs sucking up way too much power
- Win7 Ultimate x64/Ubuntu x64
-A lot of other crap that I can't remember.
- Wurd?

I didn't expect to pass you again once you went by. You must of gotten several 25000 WU's or 400 Tinkers.

I pulled three of them on my three fastest machines. They won't start scoring before tomorrow.

I'm just folding on a aging athlon800. Damnit. I think I'll shelve it as a webserver instead of running folding so slowly. *grin*

Yeah, Tinkers are dog slow on 800MHz machines. I've got my old PIII 733MHz folding for me at home and it takes 5-6 days to complete a Tinker.

I'm looking for a smallish HDD to put in my dad's old Athlon 1.4 Ghz machine and a HSF for it, then I can play with Linux and run a client on that one too. Maybe when I get my watercooling stuff in (seems like it's taking forever) I can use this HSF on the Athlon (what core would a 1.4Ghz be?) and finally run at 3200+ speeds or faster.

An Athlon 1.4GHz is the last of the T-birds I believe.

Yes it is, and as far as this talk about single folders, I think I might just have to jump into the runnings for that crown. Who's number one as of right now.

Your single Barton 2500+ won't be taking the crown as the top single processor folder. It'd take you 2 yrs to make a comeback.

Borgy's leading the single procs right now with an overclocked 2500+ @ ~2200 I think. Then I'm behind that with some WUs from my old 1700+ (no longer folding) and some from my new 2500+ at stock speeds.

I'd hate to bail on the single proc folding while I'm #2, possibly #1 if Borg gets some more machines. I'll just have to wait for one of the FX-51 guys to pass me up.
