QUOTE (klrk1400 @ Feb 8 2004, 11:09 AM) The friends I have approached are paranoid. I get comment like "I don't want to let strangers into my computer".
Yeah I've heard people say that also. It's true that if you really want to lock a machine down you just shouldn't install anything that's not strictly needed. It's probably not much of a stretch to say though that the folding client is probably more secure than the software most people are using to read this post.

ExtremeOC is borked again.

"Sorry, we have encountered an error!
Team 34106 doesn't exist in our databse!"

And they forgot how to spell database.

Well, looks like all those years of schooling paid off for Extreme OC!

We be green.

Only by a little bit(24 hour production = 3093 points), and we'll probably go back to white at the next update, but with a little more crunch power we should be able to sustain it.

Just thought of something....you know how every once in awhile....ExtremeOC messes something up? Maybe they have Barney Fife running the ExtremeOC operation? Maybe. I have my 2700+ to a stable 2337MHZ (stock 2167), so thats a little more folding power...

EDIT: Also noticed we keep climbing in the rankings, and getting more members. This is good. I try to remember to put the plug in for folding. Most of the plugs have worked so far.

Oh yeah. We are going to do it alright. If we keep getting members like we have, we will be at HardOCP's heels in no time.....No time that can currently be measured....its still slightly beyond infinity. haha But, we seem to be recruiting pretty well. When I first came to this board, I didnt see the team members recruit like they do now, so, lets keep it up, and anybody that doesnt fold and reads this....fold....for team #34106.
