i am folding and it says 400 i am at 10/400 right now thats 2% of the core, are all 400?

seems to be taking a long time to fold, normal?

so they arnt all 400? hope i get points, not doing it for points tho, doing it for my aunt that passed away from a rare bone cancer



another question is i set it to use 75% of the cpu, that a good idea to do?

there's really no point cause you can leave it at 100% and it won't affect any of your tasks on the pc

Does anybody else have problems running Folding@home in the background? It screws up my minimizing of games... I alt+tab them and then they dont maximise again. I'm using the screensaver version now, but I'd like to use the regular version all the time. Any suggestions are highly welcome =).

Nope. I've never had that problem. You could always d/l the console version.

My mom almost died of leukemia so as soon as my rig is fully upgraded, I will fold for AMD Forums.

Thats cool man. I mean, I have a bunch of things that are hereditary in my family, Diabetes, Cancer, high Blood pressure, so I have grown to appreciate folding, at first it was for the team of AMD forums....Pilot recruited me.....now, honestly its for both reasons, cures, and the team.

i think that the folding website should give a lil info in what they have learned so far dont u think? i mean i am down to fold for the good reasons but lets hear some prgress, because without progress whats the use in my eyes, anyways i will be folding again soon since i got my compter back up to par with a new formatt and fresh install
