As I was updating a post and attempting to link to the Naughty_Intel page the web site locked down.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /intel_check_patch_7.1.gz on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

This was one of the pages.
I emailed the page owner to see what was up.

Hopefully it was just a backup or something and not the lawsuit.

Probably just some kind of server glitch on their side. You can still find the page in Google's cache...

Yes its just a server problem with his provider. Here is a copy of the email.

Hello Mark,

I was mentioning one of the Non-Intel SSE issues that you talked about in your web page Naughty_Intel in our forum

And was creating a link to your page when I got a forbidden message.

Is this page now off limits for some reason? If so have I done anything wrong?

"No, my web service provider is a bit crap and seems to go down almost weekly /sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' />.

It's still there atm at http://www.swallowtail.org/naughty-intel.html' ">http://www.swallowtail.org/naughty-intel.html

Mark."

The parts in quotations are from mark mackey. I am Mark Chickey. /wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' />

All is good just a provider issue.
