if there were such an incentive reward, imo it would be better based on a consistancy basis, rather than a score basis. some of the folders don't have huge production and couldn't hope for such a reward in a long long time and would be basically left out, yet are just as important all the same. whenever i look at our production board, i'm actually more amazed by the folders that just keep plugging along, regardless of their production, and don't just give up. nice to see that.

Okay, I've got one sound card left. Any suggestions as to how I Should go about giving it out to new folders?

And I would eventually like to throw something in. Maybe a different sound card, not as fancy as xamlits, but Im looking into doing something, its called Paying it forward. If people are familar with woot.com, then they will know of the woot bag of crap, random things.
