I've had 2 computers in the last 2 days that wouldn't complete a 2665 work unit.

They would do 100% of the work and just sit there all day and do nothing. No sending or receiving.

So I'm going to try this new .exe. I hope it works.

It doesn't appear that the new .exe is going to work any better than the old one.

It finished a 2653 work unit last night and would not send it. While I let it sit there for a couple of hours to see what would happen I went to the Stanford site and it seems that other people are having the same problem.

I rebooted the computer and it deleted the finished work unit and downloaded another 2653 work unit.

This is on a computer with media center 2005 on it. I have 1 more that is a twin of this one and 1 running Vista Home Premium that also has the new .exe.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
