This Asus A8M2N-LA motherboard is a proprietary HP motherboard and the BIOS 5.07 does not allow any adjustments to over clock the processor or memory. It is recommended that you use the latest BIOS 5.07 version.

Hey dengee,
I have the same motherboard as you and I cannot find a bios update at HP support.
My bios ver is 3.02. I am going to upgrade my cpu and would like to update my bios first. If you don't mind.....where did you download your update from ? and could you give me a link ?
Any help would be appreciated !
Thanks
