Going over to the "Processor Driver" page and searching under "Athlon 64 Series" I can no longer get the drivers needed. (I have an Athlon64 x2, 4850e)
Clicking on 'AMD Processor Driver version 1.3.2.0053' results in a page with a 'Download now' link that doesn't do anything.
There is no Cool'n'Quiet Software available for anything newer than Windows 2000. (I'm running Windows XP Professional 64-bit)
I know I used to be able to get both of these; any idea where I can get them now? (Also not sure how to contact AMD about the Processor Driver page being broken, there is no 'contact the webmaster' link on the 'Contact AMD' page)
The download link for the AMD Processor Driver Version 1.3.2.0053 seemed to work for me from the page linked below. At least I got the "Open, Save, Cancel" dialog box when I clicked on the Download link. I didn't try to actually download it though since I don't need the file at the moment.

Click on your link again, then --> Drivers and Downloads --> All Processors. You should see the link to the driver listed there.
However, it looks like they are changing the download page and sometimes the links won't work as kcbnac said. I experienced the same dead link a while back when I needed it so I had to get the driver from majorgeeks.com. I'd try the AMD site first though.
Cool n Quiet is good for lowering temps, and CPU frequencies, but this also means, that the Unreal Engine 1.0 goes nuts. So as long as you dont play UE1 games, your fine

To fix the issue with Unreal Engine 1 you just need to also install the AMD Dual Core optimizer
