Firstly I'd like to say hello guys, that's my frist post and I hope not last post here!

I've been using Athlon X4 630 for a few months now, with a box fan.

My case is Cooler Master Elite 330 (as far as I know most folks recommend this one).

The case is really clean, I have plenty of room there (mobo, the cpu, Radeon HD5770, two HDDs, one DVD-Rom), but the CPU temp is about 31-32 *C when I'm logged off, in Windows 7 it's always above 40 *C, when using everyday apps like Vmware and Photoshop it reaches 50 *C, and in stress tests like breaking md5 codes (100% core usage) it goes up to 60 *C, which is, I believe very high for a CPU with Max. Temp around 71 *C?

What's wrong? I've never been overclocking, it's not hot in my room, other devices like GPU or HDDs have right temperatures.

Maybe the fan sucks? Which one to choose then? I'd love to overclock this CPU, but with these temps. it's not a good idea...

My heat paste is IC Diamond 7 Carat so that's not the case I guess.
