how is the boxed cooler on A64 (3000+ s 754) regulating the fan speed?
Has the cooler its own termal sensor or does the MB regulate it?

hmm, i think its always going, maybe if you have C&Q enabled (Cool & Quiet) it should slow the fan down.. C&Q lowers the frequency of your processor and in turn lower temps. when the processor is under load it brings the frequency back up to the original

but my problem is when i first start my pc the cpu temp is about 50C. when i restart the pc then the cpu temp is 60C. both temperatures are under load. the rpm of the fan remains the same 3300 rpm. my MB is msi k8n neo fsr.
so whitch temperature is right.
