/excl.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='excl.gif' /> Ok, I just bought a Athlon 64 3000+ with my GIGABYTE GA-K8NS Motherboard. When I start up the computer it says its running at 200 FSB. I've tried going into my BIOS and trying to change it to 800 but it doesn't let me.

What should I do. /sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' />

Do nothing

Your system has a clock rate called the "Reference clock"(200MHz)
It uses this to calcualte the core clock speed, and other system clocks.
(Memory, Hypertransport, etc...)

The reference clock on a Athlon 64 runs at 200Mhz.

200 x 4 = 800HT (HyperTransport)
200 x 10 = 2000MHz = 2.0GHz (CPU speed)
200 x 2 = 400MHz (DDR Ram)

There is nothing wrong.
