Hi

http://www.lostcircuits.com/cpu/amd_venice/' ">http://www.lostcircuits.com/cpu/amd_venice/ shows Winchester and Venice core Athlon 64's to peak at just over 30W.

However, the official AMD 'AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor Power and Thermal Data Sheet' indicates peak power/heat of 67-89W. The official doc is available at:
http://www.amd.com/us-en/asset...t_ty..._docs/30430.pdf' ">http://www.amd.com/us-en/asset...nd_tech_docs/30430.pdf

So, is the official doc out of date (dated 10/2004).

Where can I get correct data for Winchester/Venice cores?

Thanks
Roland
