i recently purchased an athlon 64 3000+ venice core chip.asus av8 deluxe motherboard,and a 1 gig stick of corsair memory...my question is,when swap out my old motherboard,processor and memory,will i have to do a reformat of my hardrive and reinstall windows xp?? or will the new setup just recognize my old hardrive with all my programs on it...thnx for any help
