In a Newegg spec sheet for Athlon 64 3000+ model ADA3000DAA4BP is the desc.
FSB integrated into chip.

For the model ADA3000BPBOX I find FSB 1GHz.

Since the latter is cheaper than the former what is this all about . It is worth $10more
or is this nothing----Thanks

they both are the same processor. i suspect one is OEM while the other is a PIB (processor in a box), which comes with a 3year AMD warranty.

both chips have the "integrated FSB", actually refered to as hypertransport, as do all Athlon64 cpu's.

instead of using specifications sheets from a retailer try using these.

first I apolgize as I don't know my former from my latter. The confusion arose because
the BOX was cheaper than the OEM which is to me bizarre. The description on Newegg says both have Venice cores which may be a lot of crap. If the OEM has a later model
I'll gladly pay the extra. Sorry to mislead you
Thanks.
