SLI right now would be overkill, besides you cant use it that well right now. Your games wont support them. Buy the PCI-E non SLI, for the PSU I'd recommend you look at E-Power Tagan 480. Memory:- anything from corsair, kingston or gail will do. The suggestion that Jason gave you are also very very good.

Lots of options. I know you're looking at the best, but this is what I recommend if you are smartly going all out.

CPU
- Athlon 64 3800 (socket 939) = $425 (vs $1000+ for FX-55)

Motherboard
- MSI K8N Neo4 Platnium = $164
- Abit AN8 = $154
- DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D = $157

Memory
- PDP Systems Patriot PDCIG3200LLK 2x512 Samsung TCCD = $187
- PQI 3200-1024DBU 2x512 Samsung TCCD = $255

PSU
- PC Power and Cooling Turbo Cool 510 SLI = $239
- PC Power and Cooling Silencer 470 ATX = $100

Video
- MSI ATI Radeon X800 PRO = $385
- eVga nVidia 6800GT = $434
- MSI nVidia GeForce 6800 = $333

There are tons more of great items out there, but these are some of the best and at the right prices. Notice I don't recommend the FX-55. Sure the performance is fantastic, but it costs more than $600 over the CPU I recommended, which is still no slouch. I recommend you save the money on the CPU and put it elsewhere (such as the PSU, video card and memory). I also don't recommend an SLI setup at this time. I don't think it is truly tested yet and won't be worth the money to buy a second graphics card. Just wait and buy the next generation's best card rather than two right now.

Anyway, that's my recommendations. Happy shopping!
