Hi I am using it and i don't think it will void any warranties, infact its so big it even keeps ram cool and you can check their website for compatible Motherboards

using any aftermarket will be to AMD improper and yes it will void warranty...

the use of any heatsink not provided by AMD will void warranty for improper use or sumthing like that.
so yes it will void warranty.
