I'm pretty sure they're working on one. Of course they could just be waiting for the nForce4, but I doubt that.

Asus was also late releasing its s754 NF3 mobo...

Is the nForce 4 a rumor or is it fact?

I know MSI is making the K8N Neo2 Platinum, which looks to be a pretty good board for 939.

Well, an NForce4 chipset has not been *officially* announced by NVidia yet as far as i know, but that's most likely what it will be called...it's a PCI-Express enabled chipset for all Athlon 64/Athlon 64 FX/Opteron platforms codenamed 'CK8-04', if i recall correctly.
