I'd suggest the Corsair HydroFX 200 (or whatever its called), the Koolance EXOS, or a DIY job (IE buy the pump, block, radiator, etc all seperately and mix'n'match)
Well if you look at my Sig line I already have and it has made a 15 Degree difference and when playing Farcry I only see a rise of about 8 Degrees above ambient. But when I start to overclock again I want to be able to exothermically pull more heat. I.e. my question about an additive that will aid this.
