It seems whenever I see any reference to the 3400, it is stated to have a 400 FSB.

But the bios is set at 200 FSB. So which is it, 200 or 400 FSB?

What should the bios setting be for FSB?

An FSB in the 'classical' sense doesn't really exist anymore on the K8-platform(i.e. Athlon 64/Athlon 64 FX/Opteron)...

Anyways, if you define the FSB as the connection between the CPU and the rest of the system(regardless of whether a memory-controller is involved or not), you could say the CPUs' Hypertransport-link replaces the FSB(or it IS the FSB if you like).
On the current Athlon 64 and Athlon 64 FX models, this Hypertransport I/O-link runs at 800MHz using a DDR-technology which results in an effective clockspeed of 1.6GHz.

Btw, the '200MHz'-setting refers to your processors base-clock. It's 200MHz for ALL current K8-class processors, so leave it at that value unless your planning to overclock.
