I have my CNQ working fine. The only thing is that it never goes below a x9 multipler at idle. Stays at 1818 MHz. Will jump to 2020 MHz (MSI Dynamic Overclocking enabled) when needed running games etc. and performance is great.

The default x10 speed was 2010 with only a couple degrees of temp difference.

If this is as cool and quiet as it gets, not sure if it is working right. Anyone know if this is just the 3000+ lower limit or something like that?

Cool'n Quiet should drop the Processor Frecuency up to 800 MHz, with (If I have hear right) a considerable diference bewthem the Idle and Loaded temperatures (Around 15C° or 20C°). I do not have idea why your Processor doesn't go below the 9x Multiplier... Any program working in the background that needs it (Incluiding Antivirus or Virus)?

Your Processor should run with a 200 MHz HTT * 10x Multiplier (2000 MHz), that is its default Frecuency. If with a 10x Multiplier it runs at 2010 MHz, then the HTT Frecuency is at 201 MHz.
