what is spread spectrum in my f9 bios mean? what does it do? im running an amd 64 3200 overclocked at 2650,does it effect that?

Here is a previous discussion on this. Also, read this article for what it is and what it does. And of course you can search google or wikipedia as well. Generally you should get better overclocking results with SS turned off.
