[size=3] Heya there I'm new to this so if I posted it in the wrong secton please don't have a go at me. I currently have a K8VSE Delux motherboard with a [skt 754] AMD Athlon 3000+, 512mb unnamed RAM and a Nvidia 5200+ AGP graphics card.<br><br>

I was toying around with the idea of upgrading this system to the most power skt 754 chip you can buy the 3700+ ClawHammer core and putting 1gb of GeiL DDR2 RAM in it along with a Gainward BLISS GeForce 7800 GS+ SILENT 512MB GDDR3 graphics card. <br><br>

Now my computer is verry fast as it is although its about 30 months old. I dont do alot of multitasking but I do play alot of video games such as HL2 and CS:S and I was woundering if anyone could tell me weather it would be worth upgrading this PC or just starting again and also if there would be any compatiblity issues with the above products and the K8VSE motherboard.<br><br>

your motherboard doesn't support ddr2 so you know.
