So can some one tell me what are the best/correct settings:

Processor
Model : AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
Speed : 2.20GHz
Internal Data Cache : 2x 64kB Synchronous, Write-Back, 2-way set, 64 byte line size

Mostly default is correct, but not the best...... And then you've got to tweak a bit here and there, trial and error...
When tweaking/oc-ing, do it with little steps, when getting crashes go back the previous settings

Ok and a quick guide to get you going

CPU CONFIGURATION
auto
Hyper Transport Frequency:1000 or 5 x 200mhz

AMD K8 Cool'n' Quiet control:enabled

DRAM CONFIGURATION
auto or by SPD

1T/2T Memory Timing:
1T

you don't need to worry about remapping unless youhave 4G of memory

S/W DRAM Over 4G Remapping:
H/W DRAM Over 4G Remapping:

SLI CONFIGURATION

EZ-Plug Warning:
enable, a safety feature


SLI Broadcast Aperture:
AI Selector:
auto

JUMPERFREE CONFIGURATION

auto, unless you are going to overclock, then tweak a bit at a time
