Ijust put together a 64 3200+ system.
MSI K8N Neo Platinum socket 754
2x512 Geil Ultra Dragon DDR 400
eVGA 6800 Ultra

Now my problem is that all CPU ID programs that I run recognize the cpu as running at 1.1ghz. In the BIOS it reads 2.2ghz. My CPU FSB in theBIOS is set at 200, the multiplier is set to "Startup" which is default. What could be the problem? Please let me know if anymore information is needed in order for me to solvethis problem. Thanks in advance.

Cool N' Quiet lowers the frequency when the processor is idle. Download CPU-Z and Prime95 and measure the frequency under load to make sure it adjusts back up when it should.
