"A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within an allocated time"

I'm running Vista x64 SP2 Athlon 64 X2 Dual core 6000+ and recieving the above error message on a BSOD

I had this and had to reduce the multiplier back down a few notches then I installed extra ram and it all started happenning again so took one of my 3 hard drives out and think it was a power problem cos once I'd reduced my power needs everything stabillised again and am slowly creeping things back up again just via multiplier to start and looking into other settings on here.Hope this helps but I aint no expert thats why I'm on here!
