9500 GT is a business class HTPC class GPU. Not intended to be a gaming class GPU.

What games are you trying to run with it ?

Your memory is business class grade and hella to slow for gaming.

Memory bandwidth is hella important when it comes to gaming and load times .

Both are on line game platforms.

What internet service do you have ?

more importantly whats your tested sustainable upload speeds ?

I have a 8/1mbits ADSL line = 800kb/s down stream 100kb/s up stream(when downloading or uploading that is). I can't play D2:lord of destruction in singel player mode, so i don't think its nothing to do with my Line.

Hi,
There are a number of power supply calculators on the internet. I sometimes use the Newegg one found here. http://educations.newegg.com/tool/psucalc/index.html

I didn't know all of your specs, but what I was able to use came up with a bit under 400W. More importantly though is that the PSU is a good quality one. There are a lot of junk PSU's out there. I would recommend something from the Corsair or Antec line-up. Good luck.

You might want to try a few different PSU calculators just to do some comparisons before you decide on the final wattage to get.

on line game requirements for upload are 512 kbps or better bud. 100 kbps will not ever play any on line games worth a dime.

Your download should work half way decent but your upload has no chance.

With that in mind your Weak point in your system is your outdated DDR 2 533.

Hi simawn . Here is a power supply that you will like very much , Ultra X3 600w Modular . I have this one in my backup rig . It was $ 129.99 when I purchased it over a year ago . I am using the X3 1000w in my main rig . Here is the link for the Ultra X3 600w Modular > http://www.tigerdirect.com/app...o=2974472&Sku=ULT40073 > The Ultral X3 power supplies are very good . I do not recommend buying any other model power supply that Ultra carries .
