What's the normal temp for my processor?
And what's max.temp allowable?

38 is about the norm, 62c is the max.

Wrong, B-Shot
The max. operating temp for the 7750 is 73c.
There really is no "normal" temp for any CPU.
It depends on the ambient temp and your case airflow/cooling effeciency.

what tools or software can i use to check the temps out?

HW Monitor
Core Temp
Everest- are the ones i use
just check them to make sure they are in line with what the temps in the bios show.

43 to 45 deg celcius are the readings. seems very normal

yes and also at stock clocks. cpu loads at 4 percent

temps are fine, might want to get them down some if you plan to ever OC but for stock your fine.

is there a software to stress out or load my processor, and check the temps if they still suffice,or in good range in terms of temp?
