Why is my Procie is behaving like that?
Is it a sign that my processor need to be replaced?

PC Specs:
AMD Athlon x2 4800+
Foxconn Board
1Gb DDR2 667mhz
80GB HDD Sata
500w Generic PSU

Its generic psu could be the cause.

might be necessary to replace the thermal paste processor.

dust inside the case. do an internal cleansing
