Normally, I was under the impression that the thermal solution applied to heatsinks would be sealed somehow, most likely with a sticker. When I opened my AMD 64 4000+ there was no sticker sealing on the thermal solution, it was just left on the processor. Is this still viable? Or should I scrape off the thermal solution and apply a new one.

PS, is there any problem to using the given heatsink that comes from the box?

How also explain their simplicity and their harmonious integration to form a multifaceted U

Just make sure you do take the plastic sticker on it, if it has one, off before applying it to the heatsink... it comes with instructions.
