How do i choose which proc to pick when on a budget? or should i just save up for the +4400?

This is gonna be the first amd im goin to build, so I want to make it good and easy on the wallet. thx

The 3800+ OC's well beyond the 4200+ doesnt it? It's the best OC'er of all of them I heard.
