hi fellas,

i bought me this week :

Midi Tower Atx 400Watt
2x Corsair DDR 512MB PC3200
Floppy Drive 1.44
Maxtor 80GB 8MB 7200rpm
NEC 16x DVD -/+rw Dual Layer ND3550
Asus A8N-E PCI-X/Nforce 4
Asus Nvidia EN6600S/TD 256MB
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ with 2.21Ghz

When i'm in windows i got like 51°, but whenever i start a game (and i have my comp for gaming /tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /> my temp goes like crazy and gets over my treshold that is on 82°, this is not normal /wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /> My fan speed is @ 3183rpm so that goes fast enough i think. I hope some of u guys had simular probs...

does your video card have a 90 degree heatsink that goes over the cpu fan? if so, there is where your heat is coming from.
