Hello~
I have one CPU need to be repaired. So I emailed to "asia.support@AMD.COM" (I live in Asia) but it replied that --"Can you, please, write to us through our new system (where you cannot create RMA). This e-mail address is obsolete and won't work in nearest time."
So I created a RMA through the online system but the step 2 "Select the CPU", I certainly selected my CPU and clicked the "next" , however the page appeared "You have consumed your monthly entitlements of RMAs." but I didnt do any RMA from registered.
And I tried to e-mail to hw.support@amd.com,until now I dont get any reply. How do I do now?? thanks

You may just have to be persistent in emailing them. tech support receives thouands of support problems everyday...read here for more information:
