ok I got some cash and need new ram , but are pc 3200 extra low latency(2-2-2-5) modules single or dual channel such as the corsair , ocz, and geil modules. and are they compatible with my 754 processor.

They are compatible. They'll run dual channel in a dual channel Mobo (S939) and single channel in single channel Mobos (S754). Get the OC-Z.
