I just noticed the other day that my PC was running really cool after I had it suspended for a while. I looked in CPUz and saw that it was running at 800Mhz after suspend vs. 2200 before. I have Cool & Quiet turned off in BIOS, and cannot uninstall it in Windows due to some internal error. Whats the deal?

Try setting your power profile to always on, and telling us what CPU-Z says.

Seem to have everything fixed now. Rolled Windows back about 2 months, and re-installed the AMD processor driver. Cool and quiet now works very well, keeping CPU temp below chipset. Still can;t uninstall C&Q, but that is not such a big deal now. Thanks for your attention.
