my cpu normal temperatur is 36 and somtime go down to 31 and bios temp is - 43 so far its great but at full load (runing prime95 for 5 min) i get as 56c i didn't see no one here have gap like this 20c my system is very stable i think. without the thermal paste the gap was biger 28c to 58c+ it also sec after runing prim95 everything is slow and it is start gain speed slowly is it normal? why do i have this big temp gap?
yes, I do my idle temps are in the 26-28 area because I have very good airflow in my case. On my 7000b I only put on the thermal paste according to Arctic Silvers instructions, and it works quite well. If you can , remove your hsf and clean it and the processor with 90% or higher purity rubbing alcohol. then when you go to put it back together , only use a small rice sized bit in the center of the cpu.put on the hsf and twist it a few degrees each way and tighten it down. This should help quite a bit.My mobo stays at room temperature almost always. but if I OC it goes up to 29 max.and make sure your zalman is powered off the psu not the mobo. you don't want to burn up a fan header.
