it also sec after runing prim95 everything is slow and it is start gain speed slowly

sounds like you have an airflow problem.I have the same processor and I overclock mine much farther and still get lower temps. How many fans do you have and how are they setup in your case?

How hot does your Heatsink feel, if it is not hot then you may have to wiggle or re seat it to make sure it is sitting flat.

If does feel quite warm then its probably working ok, 56C is not that high for full load especially if its not crashing.

Also when you apply the heatsink grease it should be a thin smear all over the heatsink, so you can almost see through it.

Then air flow might be a problem, but your mobo temperatures seem quite low so I think that is proably ok.

Any one know how good the zalman 7000's are?

yes, I do my idle temps are in the 26-28 area because I have very good airflow in my case. On my 7000b I only put on the thermal paste according to Arctic Silvers instructions, and it works quite well. If you can , remove your hsf and clean it and the processor with 90% or higher purity rubbing alcohol. then when you go to put it back together , only use a small rice sized bit in the center of the cpu.put on the hsf and twist it a few degrees each way and tighten it down. This should help quite a bit.My mobo stays at room temperature almost always. but if I OC it goes up to 29 max.and make sure your zalman is powered off the psu not the mobo. you don't want to burn up a fan header.

at 57 degrees your hsf should be quite warm. I can feel the warmth when mine goes to top load of 42 degrees. When you installed the zalman did you follow the directions for socket 754 very closely?
