I have a no boot problem with my new PC build and the mobo STDBY-LED does not light at all.

I have currently installed:
- 1 x Kingston DDR 400 512mb (but have 2nd waiting install)
- Athlon 64 3000 RETAIL
- Floppy Drive
- No graphics card (in hope of some form of boot beeps -- but none)
- Both 20pin and 4pin power connectors connected from the 350W PSU in the Jeantech Buttlerfly V2 Case.

I get no response from the PC and noticed the mobo STDBY-LED is not on when powered up -- Is the mobo dead? Also the PSU fans dont spin, but PSU should be fine as brand new case.
