hi every one

my problem is i have a Gigabyte ga-k8nnxp 64 mother board socket 754 with amd 2800+ but i recently bought a 3200+ socket 754 brand new boxed and when i was trying to take out the 2800+ it was stuck to the heatsink, i did not realise this and pulled both the heatsink and CPU,

i managed to take the CPU from the bottom of the heatsink, then placed the 3200+ on the mother board and put the heatsink that came with it on top, when i turned on the computer nothing comes on the screen but there is power going through, all the LEDs are on.

when i put the 2800+ back on the board it just turns on for about 5 seconds and turns off.

so with the 3200+ it stays on but with the 2800+ it just stays on for 5 seconds,
i thought the mother board was f***ked up so i went out and bought a brand new one Gigabye - GA-K8NS but when i place the 3200+ on that board it does the same thing, stays on but nothing on screen,

could it be my CPU or power supply , i think my power supply is about 400 watts, and i also plug in the 4 socket 12v power cable

please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
