I just finished setting up a new system that has a TForce 6100-939 board, AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2GHz CPU, and 1GB of RAM (2 sticks).
The system worked fine the first time. After 2 or 3 reboots it stopped booting.
The 4 LED on the TForce board indicate that there is a CPU/Chipset error (LED_D1 and LED_D2 are off, LED_PWD and LED_DIMM are on).

Did anybody had this problem and can suggest a solution?
The CPU is new (retail box).

After the first boot I went into BIOS setup to change the boot order (CD-ROM first, Hard Disc second). I don't think this was the problem because the system booted fine after the change.
